Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Eagle Springs

"PROS: Clean Facility I will preface this by saying my son has nystagmus and this was his first time being in daycare at 2 years old. On his first day, they called me asking if he was okay and could participate in childcare setting. Mind you, I told them of his diagnosis of nystagmus and explained he is developmentally just fine, ahead of his age group even! There was this disdain in their voice when they asked and I ignored it. Not only that, but I submitted documentation from his doctor, per their registration requirements, stating he was fit to attend. Watching the cameras, they hardly made any attempt to comfort my son or make him feel welcomed. My son was overwhelmed due to them having two classes in one for much of the time he was there (sometimes over the legal amount allowed). My son would get hit and pushed by his “friends” and would retaliate by biting. During our parent conference regarding the biting, I made suggestions that would help my son and the other students. We all agreed in the meeting that the suggestions his dad and I made would be adhered to. That same day, on a Monday, we had another biting incident because they didn’t care to follow what we all agreed to in the meeting. Tuesday morning, I saw they still weren’t doing anything his dad and I suggested. I had to call up to the daycare in order for them to actually be childcare providers and make my child feel comfortable in this brand new setting. 3 days after he started, they practically made us feel like he didn’t belong. A week and 1 day, they kicked my son out of the daycare saying he wasn’t a good fit when they really never took the time to make him feel comfortable. They often had too many students in their classroom for the ratio. That is until I complained that Tuesday morning. All of a sudden they had one teacher to the correct ratio. I watched the cameras every second I could because I ultimately didn’t feel comfortable otherwise. My son was getting hit, toys taken away by other “friends,” and more. Nothing was done. Only when he retaliated by biting. They claim there was video and we would be shown, but my husband and I have never been shown video of my son biting. Although, I have neverrrr and would never condoned biting. This daycare is cool if your kid has already been in childcare and will adjust in like 2 days. Otherwise, they will push you out and won’t make age-appropriate adjustments. In addition, a child threatened to kill my oldest son in the after school care, and nothing was done about it! They never took it seriously."

"I feel very comfortable sending my toddler here everyone has very great hospitality and the process to enroll my toddler was very smooth. Since my toddler has started he's learned so much vs when staying at home with little interaction with other kids."

"I absolutely love this place for my daughter. After having a bad experience at another center I was nervous bringing her to another place. But KidsRKids of Eagle Springs is a great place and you can trust your children being in great hands. The staff is amazing. Mrs Christina and Mrs. Crystal are very caring and honest people who go above and beyond. My daughter loved this place but is off to kindergarten but she will return back for summer !! I wish I found this place sooner!!!"

"I am absolutely DISGUSTED with this location! My child attended this location for 8 months and i finally decided to pull her. The administration staff is RUDE, conniving smh liars. They treated their African American employees HORRIBLY! They showed favoritism to certain staff members when all of them should be treated equally. I’ve had a teacher suggest that my child has rats and roaches when asked if she had any pets at home! The maintenance employee was very rude and had an attitude. He completely disrespected a teacher in front of me and put his hand up in our faces and NOTHING was done about it. No one seems to know their place of job title at the front desk. You really don’t know who’s the director and who’s running the place. You have teachers stepping on baby’s hands , dropping babies etc . They also bad mouth their former employees instead of keeping it professional. I would not recommend this location to anyone! They refuse to give you the corporate number as well. They need a new staff because they cannot keep employees or kids enrolled. As a former parent, I am disgusted and disappointed with this location!"

"Absolutely love Kids R Kids in Eagle Springs, as It's more like a Family Environment!! Our Daughter has gone there since she was 1, Now 3... they definitely take great care of Our Mini Me, teaching and molding her and definitely preparing her for Kindergarten and other stages in life. The teachers are awesome and have programs they actually implement, have computer activities, gymnastics and does a lot of hands on activities to teach the kids. The Directors Staff are Great as well. From day 1, Mrs Amy meeted and greeted Our baby with so much Joy and excitement, Our daughter was excited about her day as well. 1st Impressions are lasting, because of their genuine & friendly faces, couldn't imagine Our daughter going anywhere else. Mrs Chelsea, Mrs Crystal...Mrs Wendy...they are all so great as well as you can tell they genuinely care. Best part is the Camera access as I could drop in and see what our Daughter is doing daily and gives comfort of her being in a safe environment. Love love love the school and actually getting sad thinking about when she grows up more and have to transition from there."
