"I stopped after hours, approximately 230pm to ask about getting some cornrows braids & was told the braiders would be in at 530p. So I came back at 540pm. I was told the braider was not in yet. So I waited till 7pm & was told that's when they stop taking braids appts & she never showed up. So I asked are the students not required to notify you in advance if they are not coming in. I think that's a poor way of doing business. I wasted time I could've been doing other things, I wasted gas driving 27 mins in traffic. Just truly frustrating & very disappointing about this treatment"

"Dont come here it was the worse thing ever i asked for a low taper the man didnt make the sides even and the back was not straght and there was still baby hairs and the big dude that was next to me was like dit the back the person that was working on me said oh its fine when it wasent. "A few weeks ago I visited in the evening. Only 1 cosmotology student Ms.Jane, 1 barber instructor Kurt, and a few barber students. There were at least 8 of us wanting beauty services. Kurt, Ms. Jane and KG were awesome. The teamwork demonstrated was excellent. The communication was great. KG gave one of the best hair washes I've ever had! Although they were very short handed, their upbeat attitude was appreciated. They deserve recognition for exceptional teamwork and customer service! Lam"

"Highly recommend this place both as a customer and former student. I attended Franklin for about 10 months and completed their Barber program. Mr. Harris is a great instructor, and the owners and staff are very friendly and professional. I'd recommend this place to anyone interested in enrolling, or just getting a great low-cost haircut."
