"Ms. Heidi is the real deal! If you apply yourself and be willing to listen, you’ll be ready to set out on your own. You MUST show up, order your kit, and be on time. Shampoo your hair before you go, or pay extra for that service. Heidi also takes great care of the senior citizens. Give she and her students a try."

"This Owner is Rude and unprofessional. She has underage children with no license not even able to attend cosmetology, working like laborers. Not to mention they’re out of control disrespectful adolescents. She adores cursing, filming, fighting, and if she’s not entertaining then she encouraging negative behavior. One day 3 of her students recognized my daughter going to the family dollar next door obviously they had differences from school but now they working for her in her sweatshop and harassing my daughter whenever she goes to the store. And she just watches instead of bringing her “students” back inside she tells my daughter to leave Family Dollar but she never stops her students from harassing my daughter. I’ll never recommend her or those under age disrespectful children get anywhere near my referrals. She needs investigating"

Please ask for a receipt of services upfront, clarify if they can or cannot provide quality work and confirm the price in advance because price for services are not accurately posted for braiding services. Heidi, the Owner is a liar, and accuses customers of being a threat if you return to have corrective services on poor hair services tgat were provided within 24hours prior. DO NOT OAY CASH, USE YOUR CARD FOR TRACKING PURPOSES of rendered services. The police were called on me because she refused to render an acceptable crochet braiding style. I am beyond disappointed and saddened how I was treated by the owner of this school. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this establishment."
