"UPDATE 26 May 2022 After kindly asking for a fourth time, the owner, Joseph Sanchez did call me. He explained to me that he has been cheated out of money by clients and not reimbursed by Big Insurance, so he has decided to always ask the for the copay upfront. I thanked him for calling me and attempted to explain to him that all other clinics bill my secondary insurance for the copay. He refused to acknowledge me. He continued to tell me that "United Healthcare" has messed up claims, resulting in his company being owed money. After the eleventh time of telling me the same thing, I attempted to interject. He spoke over me for about 40 seconds before allowing me to speak. I told him that I didn't have United Healthcare insurance. After that, Joseph fumbled his words and said that that is besides the point. I was confused because he said it eleven times. Sounded important, but that must be him not knowing his patients or records. Next he stated that he didn't appreciate how I treated his employees over this matter. He also told me that he is not intimidated by my little Google review. Go ahead Joe, I've spoken to your employees about how I have treated them over this tiny ordeal. They agree, I'm a swell guy. Again not letting me speak, Joseph said that this is my son's last session in his clinic and started to berate me again. I attempted to hang the phone up politely and stated "God bless" several times, but Joe kept on yelling at me. For one of his poor employees who overheard the way that Joseph Sanchez wrongfully spoke to me (speakerphone), there was a look of shame and bewilderment on their face. I'm glad that an employee witnessed first hand, how there boss treats clients. I won't recommend where you take your family for care, but I won't be taking my son there again. In part to Joseph Sanchez wrongfully beratement of me over asking about my copay. Terrible business practice, for sure. 19 May 2022 Good O.T. services for my son. But sadly, they refuse to charge my secondary insurance for my copay. Every other of my son's providers, bill my secondary insurance for the copay. Kimberly, the billing manager, told me that company policy is for me to pay the copay and then file to get reimbursed through my secondary insurance. Sad to know that they are willing to lose a patient over a past patient "that wrongly kept the copay reimbursement", when it was due back to the clinic. I've asked for the company owner to contact me on this matter and will be seeking an another treatment provider for my son, unless this clinic changes their policies."

His style and method has opened up an avenue of socialization and learning that has increased my child’s speech therapy goals to a great success. Being a licensed professional counselor I’ve observed James’ approach as one that is not stringent or fixed but more flexible so that my child feels comfortable to go at a steady pace yet feel safe enough to be challenged when needed. James provides that healthy balance of work and play which makes for an exciting environment to learn in. My 3 year old looks forward to every session each week, and we know that when it comes time for us to leave we are certainly going to miss “Mr. James” and the whole crew at Valeo Rehab!"
