"This is a beautiful, peaceful park. There is an amazing view over the river back towards downtown. Lots of park benches under large shade trees. There is a gazebo, memorials, and statues to check out. There is also a small playground. It’s a great place to sit and watch the world go by."

I didn't realize I didn't take pictures of the rest of the park but some other items that they have there are a big fountain, basketball hoop and a playground!"
"A beautiful park with mature trees, a picnic shelter, a small playground, a big fountain, and a pretty gazebo. It's just a few blocks from the park to downtown Galena if you take the bridge. There's long-term parking lot nearby (at Depot Park next to the Visitor Center) and on-street parking too."
"Very well kept park, nice landscaping. Multiple shelters, benches and historical monuments to see. Pretty overlook onto the railway and historic district. Access to a small foot bridge crossing the river. Large playground area with water fountains and bathroom. Nice area to hike, walk, jog or bring the kids or dog."
