"5 stars, but I do not want to go into a Walgreens and feel like someone is nonverbally making me feel uncomfortable for being around the condom section as a woman for my pleasure if its okay for people to buy fermented fruit alcohol and drink that smelly stuff and make them money like it doesnt cause DUI's and drunk behavior and hurt individuals. I do not feel free and comfortable as a woman. I feel like Im living in Salem Massachusettes because of people and I dont like it."

"Nice staff but for years the management haven’t figured out how to run it smoothly. Always a wait, always behind, always telling me they just got the rx 2 min ago after I call 1 hr after drs visit to ask about my kids prescription (it wasn’t 2min ago, it was 1 hr ago but you didn’t look or whatever other reason you had to not fill it right away). Can’t stand that place any longer. Will be moving all my family rx to CVS or express scripts. Too bad cause it’s a convenient location, but can’t deal with inefficient any more."

"The rudest pharmacy department ever. Multiple times I’ve had to argue with them that they are missing a prescription only to be informed that my insurance doesn’t cover it. They never called me so I could tell my doctor. On top of that, the tech muttering Jesus Christ under his breath because I insisted I’m missing a script is rude. Separately, I waited 20 minutes to get acknowledged by anyone to check in for my vaccine appointment. Mid check in- the pharmacist answers a phone call and makes me stand there for another 10 minutes only to say- “you can sit and wait” passive aggressively after he hung up. never going back and I wish my insurance was accepted else where besides this dumb franchise."

"Anyone who complains about waiting a long time for a prescription, long lines, or to get through to speak to someone is inconsiderate. Everyone at this store is so kind and friendly. If you treat someone with respect, then you will get treated the same way. Don't be selfish and think that everything revolves around you and demand your prescriptions to be filled right away. Retail industry is suffering significantly now more than ever because no one wants to work and deal with disrespectful people. Be kind and understanding of all the cashiers, technicians, pharmacists, and management!!"
