"There seems to be an unusual number (a handful) of angry/rude, bully-type teachers. Not sure if this is because of some new hires, for example I have been trying to reach out to a teacher for well over a week and there has been no response from him. If your child needs any additional help you will not get this from this school (Dulles Middle School) DMS. The school way of doing things is - do it my my way or highway. Poor communication, lack of accountability, poor teacher guidance and its all okay with them. you have a child that begins to struggle, you won't hear about it from a teacher or the counselor. You'll first learn of it from a progress report or a report card; even though emails and telephone numbers are readily available to the teachers. The root....they just don't care. No quality. I am surprised the school is rated 7. I would rate it 3."
