"Movie was AMAZING!! But all of the inside staff was sitting on counters on their phones... I could've probably gotten away with not getting tickets. During our movie, we could here the movie from the theater next door! Kinda hard to watch a horror movie when all you hear is a kid's musical."
"Terrible setup. You cannot see the screen thanks to these ridiculous walls. It’s crazy. Go somewhere else. We are in theater 24 row E. I’m 5’4 I’m not short. I cannot see 1/8th of the screen. Fire whoever designed this"
"Theater is not clean and understaffed. Tonight the concession area was absolutely disgusting before our movie. It had been cleaned during our show but was only marginally better after(pictured, didn’t think to take photos before). Customer service personnel was chatting with the cop and the concessions personnel were standing around. Bathrooms hadn’t been serviced before it show and were also filthy. I go back because A-List and the prime theater but that’s the only reasons I go to this theater. The IMAX theater needs to be remodeled, the seats are very uncomfortable."
"I have been to better AMC theaters. I came here only because it was showing Barbie Movie. The seats are awesome. But the popcorn was yucky. Self serve kiosks were not out of order. I will go back to the Fountains AMC."
