"I went to first colony mall in Sugarland in October with my little girl for trick-or-treat. picked her up from school so she didn’t had her costume on. this Manager and Employe refuse to give her candy when she went to them. My daughter came back with her sad face. I asked her what happened and she said they told me we can’t give you candy because you don’t have a costume on. So I went up to them and told them shame on you guy’s u can’t even give this little girl one piece of candy and left. when I was walking in the mall, Security guard approached me telling me that I was harassing her and curse at her. She totally lied. I went back to her confirmed her with the security that I didn’t said anything. The sad part is, she never said sorry."

"Priscilla is very rude and her attitude is always distasteful. I shop here a lot and all the other sales associates are always pleasant and kind. But anytime she is there i always have a not so great experience with her. Anytime i’ve encountered her i’m never greeted, never asked if i need any assistance, and never thanked for my purchase. I walked in today and she was the only one on the floor assisting another family and i stood close by and waited patiently for her to acknowledge me and assist me. The entire time she was overly annoyed and had an attitude like she didn’t want to assist me. I asked for a size in a shoe, and no be right with you or anything, just no response, so i walk near the register and wait and the ladies offered to help me, and as i saw her coming up i told them she is grabbing a shoe for me, still not acknowledging me she told them someone else would be getting it. The shoe came out i paid, and as i was leaving she was back near the door happily assisting another family, she saw me leaving and didn’t say thank you or anything. This isn’t my first encounter with her, she’s always rude to me when i come and i don’t understand why. The first time i was trying a jacket on and since i was standing near the door i accidentally made the alarm go off in which i apologized after and she stood watched me like a hawk. I felt uncomfortable with the way she was staring at me so i told her i don’t have any intentions to steal, and she replied “i still have to watch you” with a nasty attitude. So i put everything down and left. Now every time i encounter her she treats me poorly. I’ve never shop lifted, never even been arrested, and have no criminal background. I was once a manager at Shiekh shoes and now i run my own six figure hair salon where customer service is my #1 priority. So to continuously be treated this way by this one person when i come in to shop at this location is absurd. She needs retraining and needs to know every customer needs to be treated fairly regardless of race. With the way things go viral these days i can easily put a body cam on and record my unpleasant encounters with her but i’d rather leave a review and give this company the opportunity to work with their employees so things like this don’t continue in the future."
