"I go running on weekend mornings, and once I showed up to starbucks as a kid with no money. I offered the guy hamster stickers but didn't get anything. Next time, I went with money, but the same blond guy said he thought what I did was really funny and gave me a free cake pop. Ever since then he's been treating me like a friend and being very friendly. Today, he even covered for my drink and upgraded it to a grande, and wrote "hamster sticker" as the name. He should get a big raise and a big promotion. Just a W guy."
"This location is nearby for me and have never had a great experience ordering from here in the drive thru. Pay extra for sweet vanilla foam and there is no foam even added to the drink. Disappointed with the service."
"Worst experience with the black lady this morning. She had zero customer service skills, came late to work and was rude to customers. Drink was good but we just could not stand with the nasty attitude of her at this location. Starbucks - you really need to re-train your employee."
