"The so called manager by the name of Ashley brown skinned n wears glasses has a nasty attitude very rude n got into an argument with every customer today... She needs to be replaced asap because she has no right arguing with a customer over a discounted price that she don't know about in her store. HOPEFULLY bbb looks into this asap before there is no customers coming in n they lose business because of her, it's a shame the way she talks to customers n them tell them get out. The store needs to be more organized n better customer service. This needs to be looked into, monitor her n watch the cameras n u will see her rudeness"

"I am/ was a employee at family Dollar on New halls ferry and Parker road! I’ve been in contact with Corporate! I honestly feel This location is Now the worst location! Everyone only Supports the Store Manager but Not The Employee’s! My sister was told she couldn’t work at family dollars because I was there but; they allowed husband and wife to work together! I’ve been Cursed at by Store Manager and have a witness. Seems like Store manager can’t get in trouble. Also When someone tell her they not doing something they give the task to someone else and yell at them when the task seems impossible ! You don’t get talked to like a adult they talk to you like kids. When I addressed thats it’s disrespectful for our store manager to tell customers that’ she’s the only one that works I have a problem with that! Anyone knows a store manager roll it to help better your team not Down them! I’m sorry but Have to do better! Not Down them!"
