"Well, on Today's visit.. I noticed Alot of stuff on the floor that Needed to be picked And put Back on the racks. Some Isles were messy too. I Would go as far to say,.. The Whole store Needs to be straighten up. No stars for Today."
"Walked in the store and there was no associate. The interior of the store has been moved around. Walked to the checkout and no cashier. There was another person in front of us but she walked off to get something else. You hear noise coming from he back of the store and my husband walked back there to get assistance at the checkout. The young girl told my husband in a negative tone, "there's a bell up there". Really!!! Maybe if she did not have ear buds on and put a bell in view on the belt with a sign to ring for assistance customers would know to ring the bell. Little ignorant child with the attitude. It seems all Family Dollars higher the worst young people to work."
"As a Registered Nurse and Mother of 4, I didn't like the feeling of being followed around as if I was a criminal... And the kid that the "MANAGER" had follow me around... I felt very violated and angry at the same time.. He wasn't very discreet about it!!!! ~Time to make a call to corporate office~ Signed, A very loyal customer!!! You all must do better!!! P. S. How about you all try stocking some shelves instead of allowing large boxes stacked down EVERY aisle!!!! SMH!!! #verydigusted!!!!"
"The stores organization is subpar, very cluttered... the customer service i received was completely unprofessional. The cashier who was also a manager was rude and rushing although not many customers were in the store and once it was clear that i was offended their attitude became superficial and almost robotic how false-courteous they suddenly became. I will not ever shop in this part of town or in this brand of stores again and will tell everyone i know to avoid this franchise. Unacceptable. Do not patronize poor customer service."
