Five Below

"Person watch self checkout is not very pleasant. They were rude and gave me attitude before Christmas, and right after returning an item. Will hit by stopping by here again."

"Very rude staff! I went there today about 4pm, checked out and there was a lady standing in the self checkout I didnt know if I should check out on my own or have he assist since she was just looking at me and not saying anything so I started to self check out as soon as i paid, my daughter and I were walking to the exit and she rudely says oh now people wait 'till I leave to take something. I immediately questioned if that was towards my daughter and I and she just rolled her eyes and I said I would have no reason to steal from five below and I had my receipt and I let her know she was very rude and we left. Will not be going back to this store ever again! They need new personnel."

"I went to buy incense. It was about three people in the store the shopping, while I am counting the incense in each bag (I don't mix the scents) "secret shopper" come over got ALL in my personal space as if she was looking to buy incense. Didn't say excuse me, just started reaching over me etc. I am a business owner/realtor and work full-time why the Blank! Would I steal $0.34 cent incense. I will NEVER shop there again!"

"Nicer than other Five Below locations. The staff were friendlier too. Only complaint is that they didn’t have a lot of Matchbox cars in stock. It also sucks how the store doesn’t open until 10. 8 or 9 would be more convenient. Overall I’d give it an A-."
