"ROUND 1’s unlimited pass is a scam as most machines need separate points card and the ones with green lights are broken. Brought kids for birthday party and they were utterly disappointed till I started getting them points cards which is expensive and lacks value"

"This was fun. We went on a Friday for my nephew's birthday. The games are nice here. You can spend a lot of money quick playing the games. No different from any other arcade place. We got there around 6pm and stayed for 2 hours. Place wasn't crowded, lots of space to move around. The kids really enjoyed getting gifts from the shop. Nice selection."

"Horrible service in Fox valley mall location,can’t believe that employee his name is Ethan was lie with the kids about key chain , they have promotions like $44 or $55 you get 1 key chain or $100 you will get 2 key chains when you reload game credit, he supposed to give me 3 because I loaded 2 game card with $155 , but so sadly with his personality , he said he ran out , but literally I saw his co-worker gave it to another client who paid after us , my daughter is 8year old , she was like wow , adult is lie ?????? I was here 1-1-2024 at 6:15 . I will take my responsibility if I lie about that story . Can the manager take a moment to teach him how to respect and thankful all the customers and not being the terrible person front of the kiddo . I appreciate it"

"This place is definitely fun if you have the money to spend. The games are way over priced and the claw games will literally take all your money if you are determined to win a certain prize! The prizes are way to heavy for a claw that wouldn't be able to pick up a feather. Would be fun for a date night idea or guys or girls night out."
