Reviews
"Very interesting historical overview of the Aurora Fire Dept and surrounding area. A good mix of written, audio, and hands-on artifacts. Very important piece of Aurora's rich history that should not be overlooked. Well done!"
"Intimate venue. Very informative. The last time I was here the staff person was so nice and enthusiastic. This time the staff was pretty unfriendly and was more interested in playing on their phone than showing any interest in the museum."
"I recently hosted my daughter's birthday party here. I did the private rental. From start to finish, the experience was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a smoother process, better hosts, or a nicer venue for my fire truck enthusiast. Brian communicated with me from start to end and Molly was a great host. Everything was set up just like requested. The museum was nice to host adults and children. They all enjoyed themselves. It is nicely maintained with informative displays downstairs and my children absolutely loved the Children's Discovery Room! Go! Support! Donate! Book! You won't be disappointed."
"So much awesome history. Definitely geared for a little bit older children and adults, but there’s a playroom upstairs for the littlest guests that we hung out in for quite a while."
"Loved this museum! Great displays as well as short, informative videos about fire fighting history. Fun children's area upstairs. From the sound of it, the kids were very engaged and having a good time there!"
