"I was looking forward to this stay, the price was good, and the room looks really good But I saw a cockroach run across the floor in the bathroom, no I don't have a photo, and I'm not looking to hurt anyone's reputation here but that needs to be dealt with hopefully there's an exterminator on staff"

"This was a solid place to crash for a night. Arriving at night, it felt like it might not be the best neighborhood, but there were no problems. It's a traditional two-story motel building, which surprised me because the room photos looked like typical Comfort Inn type rooms. The rooms look very nice and seem to have been recently remodeled. It was a comfortable room with pretty decent blackout curtains (bring your own earplugs to dampen the individual AC wall units), so it made for a good night's sleep."

"Our Stay Nov 2022 in room 205.. This place is a decent motel price but Cleaner & nicer than expected. The area is outside of the more congested area (Larkin Ave) so more safe. The room was updated with flooring, not super outdated TV, & fridge/microwave. Bed was pretty comfy. Only complaint was the Shower rod that needed tending to so that water doesn't continue to leak all over. Arrived at night but parking lot seemed to be decently clean. Front desk lady was nice & very Helpful as well. Overall, it's Fantastic for the price!"
