"Visiting Austin just for a few days, Needed a real bike to see more of Austin, met a cyclist outside Mellow Johnny's who mentioned Saturday AM group rides. Rented a nice Trek road bike with Shimano 105 components, Alejandro was very professional at setting it up. Picked up Friday PM, went for a shakedown ride, took it back to get larger pedal toe clips installed for a better fit. He also provided some route advice. Saturday AM group ride was challenging for me - fun and fast. Glad I had a decent bike for it. Had to use the enclosed spare tube when i got a puncture. Finished 47 miles with the group and saw lots of Austin (though at high speeds for me :) Super experience, shop was great, rental service excellent, great job Alejandro."

"Came in for a brake pad replacement. Very quick service, was in and out within 15 min. I did like the old space more as it had a charming character and a coffee shop. This new location is more convenient for everyone though. Especially quick access from the trail. I will be bringing my bike back here for future tuneups. They also have bikes for rent."

No questions asked. Took a few weeks to get the right size in but the ordered it and built it for me. Definitely a happy customer and they earned my business for a long time."
