"The store itself is great and is filled to the brim with anything and everything that you can attach to the roof of a car, but the customer service is even better. I accidentally walked away with the wrong clamps and was sent the correct ones via mail (along with a slip for returning the incorrect ones) since I live an hour or so outside of Austin. Will definitely be paying them another visit in the future."
