"Girl with the red curly hair swung my dressing room curtain wide open while I was changing and there were others in the area. I confronted her about it when I came out and she gave me attitude. A simple “sorry” would’ve been fine, instead of an “ugh I didn’t know you were in there”. One thing to not have mirrors in the dressing room and another to have the employees showing you off to the whole room."

"Employees weren't very helpful and didn't take the alarm tag off of one of the items I purchased. Which means I now have to go back and have them remove it."

"I had my first time visiting Aritzia in Chicago a few weeks ago. I fell in love with the store, the customer service, and all the clothing! I have not been to a retail store that had that level of customer service in ages. So, upon visiting the one in Austin, I was expecting at least a similar experience. All of my clothing was lost that I had been collecting as I gathered things to try on, And the staff seemed somewhat bothered to get different sizes for me and help me. What an incredible difference from the Chicago store! If the manager reads this, you would do well to go visit that store and see how incredible it is. Your staff should be trained to do the same, you would get a lot more sales!"

"Staff was very helpful and sweet with helping me to find an item and offering to have it shipped when we couldn’t find my size. My size ended up being in the dressing room with someone else but ended up back on the rack so I was able to buy in store. It was a little convoluted in the dressing area but I liked that they had an arcade game in the store for my son to play on while I shopped. Plenty of seating as well."

"I had an amazing experience as a first time customer! I don’t know if it’s because I came as soon as they opened at 10 am on a Wednesday but everyone was very nice and pleasant to talk to. The stylist who was helping me was very nice and helped me order a few items since they didn’t have my size at the store. Only one fitting room has a mirror and I’m glad I was able to go in it, since I have social anxiety."
