"A very knowledgeable, patience and kind guy name Tom assisted me couple of weeks ago and since then I’ve been coming back to this location even tough I have a Leslie’s store much closer to my house. Tom takes the time to explain how to have and keep your pool sparkling clean and safe to swim as well as to recommend products and how to use them in the pool. I trust his advice 100% and since we’ve been coming to this location and been talking to Tom, taking care of our pool is not overwhelming anymore as it used to be! Tom you’re amazing! There should be one Tom on each location!"

"This review is not specific to this location but since Leslie's did not post the review I wrote on their website they left me no choice. My review was regarding the price of their "Liquid Chlorine 4-Pack of 1 Gallon Bottles" for $40. Ten dollars per gallon is over DOUBLE what other stores in Austin, TX are charging. That is such a rip off I wouldn't consider buying anything from them! Before you buy any of the chemicals "they say you need" for your pool, do yourself a favor and check out Trouble Free Pool's website. They are a non-profit that you can trust for honest pool knowledge."

"My pump went out and needed a pool pump motor in a hurry for daughters birthday. I tried to call in and was placed on hold, I hung up after 20 mins. I decided to do my research online and order it. What I didn't know is there is some sort of feud between the local store and online ordering. They kept cancelling my orders, gave me no notification, and all of sudden went from fully stocked to nothing (unless I wanted to come in and buy). I am amazed that someone would think it is appropriate to take their corporate frustration out on the client. Leslie must be desperate for help. The good news is there are other locally owned pool companies. I would strongly caution anyone not to purchase from place that employs individuals with zero character."
