"Does not represent Texas and the state motto of friendship at all. Rudest customer service. Tried to run in and see if there were any bedside tables and the manager on duty/ woman in charge- unfortunately didn't get her name- was standing in front of the doors, held her hand up and said nope we are closed. It was 9:20 and they are open til 9:30. Her words " nope we are closed." With her hand up, turned her back to me. I said the hours say open til 9:30. She turns around with her hand up again and says people need to get out of here, there is only two people. I would have respected the fact if she would have been polite and apologized and said they had to close earlier. But her behavior was so unprofessional, snobby to be honest and rude. She did not apologize at all. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. A customer walking out witnessed the situation and said wow they are open til 9:30, I don't know why they have to be rude like that. I honestly don't know if I can continue to shop here after this even though I love Marshalls! Once management has replied to this review and said they did something about this, I will be more than happy to return and support a business that employs people who respect their customers. If I were the owner of that store, I would not be happy to hear that was the kind of person working for me and would definitely find a friendlier, respectful person to represent my business. She had long brown/dark hair, wish I had gotten her name but I'm sure they can identify her on their security footage at 9:20 pm on February 12, 2024."

"Amazing dress for my love. She was so happy and got like 7 outfits and we got an extra 10% off for signing up for credit card. We tried on so much stuff and the dressing lady was so understanding."

"This place is a complete wreck and probably should be shut down. From the moment you enter the store you are greeted with a busted marquee sign. When you go inside it’s complete chaos. Bins everywhere blocking merchandise piles of junk literally everywhere you turn. I was there the week prior and it was the same - so I didn’t happen upon a re-stocking session. The place was filthy. This place has really gone downhill. Salvation Army is better organized than this train wreck."
