"Last September i left a 5 star review on the entire clinic, however afterwards my experience went down hill. My 5 stars literally only go to Dr Jennifer Rumpf and her phlebotomist (the only black lady there) i hate i don’t remember her name but the 2 of them literally were the only ones who consistently gave me genuine care!! I had to switch obgyn only because Dr Rumpf has permissions at a hospital that is out of my way and that worried me and she understood that. My cons were her front desk staff who started off super nice but as i got concerned about how my insurance was being billed and the reasons for all the upfront cost that ultimately is covered in full by my insurance they began to have rudeness towards me. They do not match Dr Rumpfs genuine care at all. I often stayed in contact with my insurance because i am being met with upfront fees without explanation from the front desk staff, it’s like they used their own representative from these insurance companies and the don’t follow procedures, that’s how it felt. I brought proof of the specific things my insurance company covers and they ignored it and only wanted me to pay what they told me to pay and i wasn’t suppose to ask questions. Lupe was nice to me 1 day and it wasn’t until my last visit that she said you don’t sound ok, i told her i knew she didn’t care for me and that i watched her be friendly and caring with other patients and i didn’t get the same treatment so i always kept conversations with her short. She apologized and said she would do better but i didn’t stick around to see that happen. I only want the high reviews to be credited to Dr Rumpf she is an amazing obgyn and if i lived closer she would be the person i see in the future, thank you Dr Rumpf for ALL you did for me, please train your other staff to treat everyone equally as you did!!"

"They could care less about you once you’re peri menopause. They don’t listen and basically pat you on the head and tell you that you should accept your place as a woman. It didn’t used to be this way when they had great PA’s. The good ones left."

"I have been seeing Dr Jennifer Rumpf throughout my second pregnancy and oh boy am I glad and thankful that I found her for my 2nd baby. She is kind, compassionate, very knowledgeable and great bedside manners. She is super friendly and answers all my concerns and problems with open mind. She is super kind and that's what a pregnant woman needs "kindness" "empathy". She never pushes her ideas, medications or beliefs on her patients. The staff is very friendly and nice too from front desk to the nurse Lupe to the girl that takes yoir blood samples. Very much recommended"

"-The site said they take care of IUDs. When I called, I said that I had an IUD and asked if I could have my six-week check-up there. -I was then asked, IF the IUD is to prevent pregnancy, their doctor would not provide service. -I was questioned about my medical condition and why the IUD was placed. My body is unique, I have epilepsy “as God made me.” It brought me to tears that I needed to explain myself, I couldn't just get the help I needed without a struggle. While she checked and put me on hold to see if the doctor would accept me, I hung up. I’m glad I did. -Maybe God will grant me to have a baby someday. In the right way, at the right time, with the proper medication. -If this service is on a site, a provider cannot say it’s conditional or restrictive treatment. It needs to be full treatment. Very surprised that other facts than medical about my case were being used to treat me (religion). Welcome to Texas… I suppose, where religion is now our science? Will pray to Jesus later and tell him about this one…"

"Dr. Kevin Brown is the only one I go to as my OBGYN and his wife is also very knowledgeable and has helped me when he was unavailable. He was originally my women's doctor at the VA (Veteran Affairs) and he was the most comprehensive and most concerned doctor I ever had with my health and it was not just OBGYN issues he helped me with especially since my primary was not taking care of me. He went on to his own practice so my primary at the VA tried to take care of my OBGYN issues but I was disappointed and she tried to sign me up for unnecessary surgeries and prescribed more medication that did nothing to help. I wanted a second opinion before the surgery she signed me up for took place, so I looked him up and asked his office if he was willing to see me and that he used to be my doctor from the VA. Even though it was probably over 3 years, he remembered me and accepted an appointment to see me even though he was not accepting new clients. He was able to solve my ongoing issue that I was suffering with for over 2 years that my primary just kept giving medicine for and in one single visit he did a thorough exam and prescribed the medicine that cleared my issue. He is the only one I go to for my woman's health and even drive from Austin and spend money on a co-pay for even though it is free at the VA. I do all this because of how caring, attentive, and knowledgeable he is with everything in a general medical perspective especially his practice and recommends places that the VA has not taken care of for me or brought to my attention. Therefore, I highly recommend this practice and both doctors especially K. Brown who has been my doctor for I believe 9 years now. I also have to give kudos to his staff members, nurses, front office staff as they are very professional, attentive and provide great customer service. Just a note, this is not a fake review as stated from the negative reviews on here and it was just a long time coming to actually talk about my experience here for others to see."
