"Worst experience in years. The staff was anxious to help but the owner was rude, boorish, inflexible, patronizing and arrogant. He started the conversation with the statement that he had "reprimanded" his staff for trying to help me out of order. There was clearly a misunderstanding with his employees but he insisted he had told me something that he had not said and which was totally inconsistent with the conversations I had with his staff. He has poor people skills and even worse business instincts. I ended up taking my equipment and leaving the premises even though they were supposed to do warranty work. I would rather pay someone to do the work than deal with this knothead. I wouldn't be surprised if he has continual staffing problems. I certainly wouldn't work for him."
