"Horrible service. I called Checker to pick me up at airport. They told me they will arrive at airport around 15 minutes but I have waited for over an hour at the airport. In addition, the driver did not tell me that she couldn't take the credit card until I was already inside of her car. I told her that I didn't have a lot of cashes with me and she said she can drive me to ATM to get cashes. This was my first time to hear about that a taxi driver only accept cash and checker didn't inform me on the phone. In fact, the driver drove her own car (with someone else in the car) instead of a Checker car to pick me up. She was not a safe driver since she was running red lights. I was thankful I arrived safely but unbelievable she charged me $50 for a 15 minutes trip. I used to call Checker if I need a ride but this lady disappointed me a lot and I will not use their service again!"

"We started doing business with them about 2 years ago in an effort to get people home safely from Chances R, now they've decided no more charge slips. We've paid our bill always but I guess they forgot where they stated from! They started out strong, on time and friendly, now they take over an hour to get here more times than not. Yellow Cab has already agreed to help us in our goal to get our customers home safely. Too bad people forget what made them successful like personal service!"
