"I had an appointment I made due to some severe things going on, I switched insurance so had to look for a new doc, I drove over an hour to come see this doctor since they had the soonest appointment available. I GET HERE AND THEY DENY ME, I had an expired license and they couldn’t see me, I told them I can’t renew it due to some things going on. I know I have some fault but I’ve never been denied at a new doctors office over my ID my insurance has paid multiple appointments as well. So frustrating the only solutions they gave me were to self pay. PLUS they were rude, and didn’t allow kids or anyone else in with you my husband had to take off work to watch the kids. Don’t recommend."

"I have been coming here for years and had the worst experience today. Literally called in the morning to confirm my appointment and drove out 50 minutes just come here since I love Dr Kabir but as soon as I arrived they told me they couldn’t see me and that someone should’ve told me because my insurance doesn’t cover like you had 2 opportunities to advice me BEFORE wasting gas and time on going !!!! Over all worst experience and will NOT be coming back ! Sadly love Dr kabir and sucks he lost a good long time customer thanks to his horrible front office staff specially the Hispanic one!"

"they refused to see me for extreme pain after my iud bc I have my 4 month old who I have to have with me at all times I don’t have anyone to watch him. The lady on the phone suggested I leave him in the car… don’t ever come here. Awful service."

"I had a good experience at the doctors office. I have known doctor Kabir for a long time now. He’s a caring doctor that just has a bit stricter rules. If you just follow the rules that the office has , it’s not a problem. Just to think that this is the office rules are there for the safety of many patients including the staff itself. People do need to stop being ignorant and making false statements when they need to think of others as well."

"Came in for an appointment was on time with mask, before she could even ask my name I was turned around because I had my son with me (he is 2 years old) there was no prior notice or warning of any sort. Super dismissive! My husband is deployed in Germany at the moment so i don’t have a baby sitter for him. I explained this to them they did absolutely nothing to help accommodate me in the situation. I would never expect an OBGYN to refuse service due to a child. It’s disgusting. Prior to coming to the appointment the staff was very rude over the phone but I disregarded that due to the fact I’m not here to see the person who answer the phone. I thought I would be able to look pass that. Super disappointed I drove all the way there just to get turned around! 0/10 would not recommend. No remorse, not anything. On top of that I waited 2 months for this appointment I am 3 months today and I still have yet to see an ob!! I am so upset."
