"This place definitely deserves a a zero stars. The truth and real side is that this place is ghetto!!! I've seen the way they treat the kids and the way they would speak to them, very ghettoooo!! and this has nothing to do with racial, They do not speak nor act professional and from what i"ve seen on the reviews on yelp others can say so too! keep your kids out this place if you don"t want them to end up with bruises or scratches from the other little ones that attend because somehow something is always happening with the kids playing around too much or harming each other."

"My daughters, now 9 and 3) have been going to IBT 2 (Cole Creek) about since the time it opened in 2016. I have watched other kids grow up there as well. We love Ms. Meme and the staff. My 3 year old is working on Kindergarten level work, she even holds her pencil better than her big sister! My newborn is there as well and I know they take good care of her, she is a happy baby and smiles when she hears the teacher's voice. My kids will be here until we move to San Antonio in 2 years! And I hope to find a child care facility as committed to children as IBT 2! "

"Love this daycare! The staff has always been incredibly warm and friendly. For the first time, I feel confident leaving my children in a daycare. I know they both are properly being looked after and cared for. I highly recommend this facility, the staff and location is inviting and clean. They divide the children up by age groups so there is no need to worry about the little ones getting trampled by the older children. I cannot express how much of a relief it has been to have found this place."

"My baby has been going to this daycare for almost two years now and I love it. They are very clean, they love my baby girl like she is their own. I love the learning techniques and games for the kids. I will never pull her from there! This is by far Itty Bitty Tots is the best daycare I've took my child too."

"This daycare lost my babies clothes and would send her home with other children's things. Also they NEVER open on time!! I let them know 2 weeks prior to my work schedule changing that my child will be there at the time they open, but they were never there to open until 6:10a or 6:15a. Which is horrible in the winter because the kids are coming into a freezing building and have to wait for it to warm up. My baby would come home with a diaper rash all the time like they wouldn't change her when she was wet. They say they have licensed people working for them but it's only in the morning for show. The owners children are there watching the kids half the time. They are also closed during spring break when working parents need daycare the most. They notify you that the daycare will be closed a few days prior to being closed. This is daycare is not great and the owners husband doesn't know anything. They packed all my babies things because the owner thought I was looking at other daycares and then had the nerve to say I owed a balance because there is a 2 week notification needed before withdrawing your kids. Where in the hell do you kick somebody out and then try and make them pay you for 2 weeks due to not notifying them of leaving the daycare. WORST DAYCARE EVER!!"
