"Dr Price was amazing. I had switched over to her after having the worst obgyn before her. She was actually referred to me by a friend who was also using her. I transferred over at 4 months. And she was so nice. She answered every question I had & her nurses were very friendly too. I was always able to reach her when I needed a question answered. & she was there for the birth of my son, something I didn’t have with my first son. Hands down best obgyn there is. I’d use her again if I end up having another."
"If you like receiving the run around, never having questions answered and being constantly frustrated then this is the office for you. You are told you will get call backs never happens they send to voicemail. They do things based on what they want not the expecting mother I wish I went with another clinic because this one clearly does what they want."
"1. I was taken off and removed as a patient because it was assumed that I had transferred care. I did not receive any notice or written notice that I was going to be abandoned from the practice. It took awhile to be able to get seen again. 2. The staff at the reception desk is really rude, unprofessional, uneducated on laws. I had been scheduled in for an ultrasound after being seen my the provider after my appointments were delayed due to the assumption of transferring care. Upon going to the ultrasound building, the women working the desk refused to see me because my insurance was supposedly inactive. I asked for a bill to be sent to my address, per federal laws medical providers cannot refuse care to their patients. They told me in a very snarky harsh tone "Of course we can reject care to see you, this is a private practice" It was a very distressing situation to deal with. I am now behind 4 weeks and I have not been able to get an anatomy scan of my baby which is one of the most important appointments in a pregnancy"
"This physician is inexperienced. We had a negative experience with her care. Insurance fraud is also prevalent. Before our appointment, we provided all of our insurance information and confirmed with their staff that the procedure was covered. After a few months, mail the bill stating that the insurance denied the treatment. Try to avoid her."
