"I have gone to Dr. White for 20 years. He was my Dr for the birth of my child, etc.I have been self pay 90% of the time. He even worked out a payment plan with me for the cost of maternity visits. He used to bill me for lab work, before they did their own lab tests, because quest charged an outrageous amount for self pay. Today I left my wallet in a different vehicle after traveling and realized it after I got to the appt. I asked to pay online or bring the payment back by later, or to call with my cc number as soon as I got home. I was told that they won't see me today. This really surprised me. This is for a routine visit and I have been a loyal patient for 20 years."
