"I have been a Allstate customer for 30 + years. My long time agent retired last year. I called this agent for some help because the person that bought Mike out would not return my phone calls. Mr Gustafson's staff doesn't want to help either.Told me to call the 800 number. I guess if they aren't making money off of you they can't be bothered."
