"I asked these folks to stop contacting me, but they continue to call and email me. The last email was asking for a google review, so here it is. I had been a customer of this agency before Dustin Millican bought it. I always paid on time and had my home, auto, and flood all with them. I had a representative at the agency that I trusted, understood my insurance needs and risk tolerance, and would help me get the right amount of coverage. My house got hit with a hail storm in 2023 and I made a claim on my roof. It was denied by Allstate, not this agency’s fault. I know the agency doesn’t really have a say with what gets approved and rejected as a claim. Feeling taken advantage of after having paid premiums all these years, I called the agency to talk to the rep I always work with. I was told that I wouldn’t be able to speak to them because they only work new plans. I really felt like the Millican agency didn’t care about what happened to me and didn’t want to even let me talk to the person I trusted there after I felt I was taken advantage of. I have no use for a company like that. I asked not to be contacted again and switched to State Farm. I have been contacted by the Millican agency multiple times via email and phone and have requested in writing that they leave me alone. They continue to contact me anyway , further proving that they don’t care about their customers. I would not recommend establishing a policy from Allstate, but certainly not from the Millican agency."
