"To begin with, I had the worst and unprofessional experience working for the Family Dollar Store #12683. I've experienced miscommunication and unprofessionalism with the manager Chris who wasted my valuable time through the interviews, consistent rescheduling, and false communicative pay rate. Its unfortunate to have this person working for the company. Another thing, I experience was the cashier name Joan who wasn't doing her job by training and speaking loudly in front of customers about her personal life. I did not feel welcomed or part of the team. People their are literally running around with their heads cut off. Lastly, it was super filthy and it was so much damage property in every area which can cause a safety concern."
