"Citi trends is under new management not to say the old was bad! The store now have some merchandise on display which is pleasing! The store is clean and well stocked! Just now waiting for their dressing rooms to reopen! Still a good place to shop! Clean and organized still waiting for the dressing rooms to reopen! As of October 2022 still a good place to shop!"
"Cashier was very unpleasant. I've been here twice: once before the pandemic ever was a thing & then a couple days ago. I wish I could blame the pandemic for poor service during both visits as people are under tremendous stress. However, I can't. Simply put...customer service needs attitude adjustments."

Came in for my first interview & just looked past how rude she was bc i really wanted the job. second interview i couldn’t handle it, she was talking to me like i was stupid. yelled at me like i was her child. i’m guessing that’s why they’ve been hiring the past year, no employee should be able to treat others like that."
