"Came in 12/17/2021 and told the lady at the register that I had 2 separate orders for 2 different cards. She messed up and had to take the purse off and didn't even give me my bag. I called this morning 12/18/2021 and was told by Kayla the manager that my bag will be waiting for me and just come in and pick it up. I come there and she gon tell me if you don't ha e no receipt I'm not releasing the bag to you. So I had to drive all the way back home and come back then she threw the bag at me with a snotty attitude so I stood in that long line for 25 minutes for a return. I asked her what's corporate number and she gon tell me it's on the back of my receipt. I then explained to her how I've worked in retail for 10 years and never known when a customer uses debit that it has to be debit. They can get cash back for their refund if it wasn't a credit transaction. She told me I had to wait 7 business days for a refund. I would NEVER Shop there again I'll go to Target and Walmart and spend my money than to get disrespected for trying to support a neighborhood business."
"Went there today for the first time. Has a ton of great deals! When I got there I was greeted by Tarra, she was very friendly and had a great attitude! I went and asked her some questions she answered them all and told me about their sale coming up in March! I will definitely be back!"
"I rarely give 5 STARS! This store was quite a bit more than I expected! It has some great stuff. A lot of home goods stuff in the back that isn't that visible when you walk in. All kinds of electronics gadgets too. Cashier was friendly. Thank you, keep up the good work."
