"Wow. I came here by default. I took my truck to Chicago muffler and brakes. I decided to go get a manicure and a pedicure. They did my pedicure first which was a regular pedicure. The first technician half cleaned my toes, so a new technician came. She was ok, but not great. I picked out my colors and she was trying to up sale me. She told me a color I wanted only came in no chip. I told her I'm only paying for regular. She gave me the color I wanted. After going back in fourth with her. I had to let her know I'm not about to argue with you for being unethical. Then I'm asking about my manicure they told me they don't do regular manicure. I said what kind of shop don't do regular manicure. I'm like damn y'all pressed for cash. I was going to get a no chip as I always do. Even if I just wanted regular that's fine to and how I chose to spend my money. I just wasted my time and still have to go to a different shop and get my manicure. I have came here before and had a falling out. This was ridiculous with terrible customer service. I would hope not to go with convenience, and go back to a shop that I had a falling out with. I felt so disrespected and money ambushed by this company. It felt worse then a server asking for a tip verses you giving them the tip. Please do me a favor and don't come here or waste your time and money. Thank you"

"I've been coming here since they changed ownership, same name different folks. It was cool in the beginning. Today along with the last 2 times I've visited this shop, my mani/pedi has been mediocre."

"Simon is the only one that does my nails. He’s amazing. He make sure I’m comfortable and I love how when I tell him what time I’m gonna be there he make sure he’s available. My nails take over 2 hours every time but it’s totally worth it!!! Can’t nobody touch my hands but him!!!"
