"I had an absolutely lovely experience with Unyo today! She was friendly and welcoming and it was very nice chatting with her. The pedicure chair is in its own little room, which made me feel like I had a quiet, private space to really relax. I splurged and got their deluxe pedi and added the foot massage, and let me tell you: 10/10, worth the cost!! They also used a dazzle dry polish so it only took around 5 minutes for my polish to cure. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Revised review: Within an hour of posting my review, which I didn't think was completely negative. The woman who provided my services reached out. She apologized for her lack of communication on an upcharge. I feel as though I should update my review because it could negatively impact their business. To me, that means a lot that she reached out to explain and apologize. At the end of the day, it was a lack of communication. I am now changing my review to a 5 star because there was a positive outcome of customer service in the end. Thank you Lora!!! I'll start out by saying I loved the service I received by Lora. I'm giving it 4 stars based on quality of service. I liked that you could make the appt online. However, their online services charges were not what I was charged. I was charged more for the 3 services I requested. I wanted to love this place. I went early in the morning, first appt time, and it was quiet and relaxing. Based on the quality of service, I might consider giving them a second chance. But I would call to schedule the appt and ask for a cost for the services I'm requesting."

"I’m not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but this one is warranted. I booked an appointment for a mani/pedi. The technician, Laura wasn’t exactly rude but far from friendly. The pedicure was at best basic, lasted exactly 20 minutes and when I addressed my one concern (in-grown toenail), Laura gave me an attitude and picked at the nail for about 2 seconds and said ok done, as one can guessed, she did nothing to remove it. The manicure was fine, massage for both services was all of 2 seconds. When it came time to pay, I asked about their Law Enforcement discount they heavily promote online. Laura said hold on and made a phone call, about 5 minutes later she said we no longer give it. I said okay, we’ll it’s still on your website as an FYI, she shrugged her shoulders and said “oh well”. I then asked her, out of curiosity why are the prices higher at their MT Greenwood location than their La Grange one and she sighed heavily and clearly irritated with me said “ugh that’s just how they are”.. I was absolutely taken aback by her response. I NEVER ask for a LEO discount but again, it’s heavily promoted on their page for that specific location. I’m sad at the expensive lackluster experience I had here!!"
