"I went in for a blonde balayage with a silver toner and the pictures below are what I received. (Pictures taken 3 days after my appointment) Rosie had curled my hair before I left so I couldn't see the harsh line in the back. I paid over $100 and left. However, a few days later I washed it and straightened it and seen how awful it was. I called Rosie and said I wanted to come back to have the back better blended and she said to wait a week for the silver toner to "set", however in the pictures you can see how bad the bleach was. I couldn't even wear my hair down in public let alone wait a week. I didn't want to risk going back and it looking worse so I took my business elsewhere and got my hair fixed. In addition to the terrible job, Rosie was very unprofessional. She had another hair dye booked at the same time as me and then her daughter came in and demanded her hair to be bleached and dyed before her flight in 2 hours. So I sat in the heat lap with bleach on my hair for an hour and a half while she took care of the others. Needless to say, I will never be going back to Ultimate Salon and doing business with Rosie."
