"Happy New Year 1 WEEK UPDATE !!! Two of my nails popped off out of nowhere one week after getting my nails done 12/29. I had a friend put the nails back on and she also did my cuticles. Which Lyric didn’t do. Because she didn’t, my nails were white and crusty looking so ugly. So next time I’ll make sure especially spending over 100$ on my nails, that my nails are done in the proper way. Yes the art is cute and all but I like for my nails to last for like 4 weeks honestly. I was looking to walk in and get my nails done but they are appointment only. I was able to book an appointment for next day services with Lyric on 12/22. She was great she was at her station waiting on me I was 3 minutes late. I showed her a picture of what I wanted for my birthday and she delivered. She took her time. Service was great. The atmosphere of the shop is very clean great scented candles lit and great music playing. I loved my first visit I will definitely be back. THEY ARE APPOINTMENT ONLY."

"The location is small and *by appointment only*!! Make an appointment online. Because it's small, they're booked out pretty far. Their website is easy to use and well done. I love that I can sign up for a waitlist, so if my stylist has an opening, she sees me on the waitlist and can notify me. Everyone here is welcoming! They have simple, safe Covid protocols and it feels safe for everyone. My stylist is Kelly and she's GREAT. Love seeing her."

My technician was Kelly and I never had much of a personal experience when it came to getting my nails done but honestly having her do my nails and being able to talk to her and confide in her was one of the best experiences. Especially going to a black-owned nail shop and being black. It was just...it was like home. Will definitely always come back to support!"
