"Great experience this morning! I arrived several minutes before opening and received service immediately. I was greeted as soon as I entered the salon. My pedicure was done by Mimi, who did an excellent job! There were only three nail technicians on staff for the day and was impressed that the customers who called and entered were informed upfront that there would be a wait. I have seen other nail salons just tell customers to come in without informing them of the wait time and/or lack of availability. The pricing was reasonable. I'll be a return customer!"

"They don’t have enough staff. They don’t aim to please they just want to get you out of their salon. Appointments take precedent so don’t bother walking in because you’ll be there for easily 5 hours. Some technicians are not experienced and they fail to file correctly or include the massage for a manicure. I had to tell the technician to file the left hand because he forgot about it and stated “I’m getting high off the acetone-sorry”. Just so the nails can come out messy. They have a wall under construction with BETA fish and some of them are dead in dirty water for who knows how long. I’m still seeking a new high quality clean salon in the area. I also tried making an appointment and Melvin told another customer they didn’t make appointments while another tech made my appt but no one was available to service me when I showed up to it. Conclusion: They make up their own prices without a break down of the charges. They reuse the pedicure flip flops because they save them instead of throwing them away. Very unprofessional Lack of communication between the staff"
