"I've gone to this location a few times over the course of the past couple of years and maybe walked away with a decent haircut once. The last time I went in for myself I asked for a fade and came out looking like a pineapple. And I recently took my son in and tried to work with the stylist to get what we wanted, but honestly I don't even know what you'd call the haircut he got - it's kind of shapeless and hodgepodge and even though I specifically asked to get the front looking nicer than straight-across blunt bangs the stylist barely changed it. We wound up just getting out of there as quick as we could and I did my best to fix it at home. Eventually we went to a different salon to get him a real haircut. I've seen people walking out of here with nice-looking haircuts so I don't know why we've struggled so much to get a good result, but in the end if you're trying to save money and you wind up having to go to two salons and pay twice, you might as well just shell out for a more expensive salon in the first place."

"I come here about 4x a year to get my hair cut. It’s a B+ experience but I am not picky about my hair so works well for me. It costs 20 for cut and I usually tip 10 to total 30. Works well for me and is a solid value. There is a spectrum of quality amongst hair cutters here so if you find a good one try and stick to them. Wait can be long so make sure to take advantage of the app and check in. Very good estimate of when your cut will be. Update: my gf says they make my hair look like trash… take it as you will"
