"Bad manicure and pedicure experience ever. It was my 1st time there and don't think ill go back. The guy rushed, didn't even out my nails he cut my one of toes. He didn't wear gloves, he rubbed the blood wiht his bare finger, which is so unsanitized. I didn't like it, I went based on reviews and wanted to experience it myself"

"I had a wonderful experience at EP Nails. I wanted to try a new nail place so I called and got a next-day appointment for a full set and pedicure. Compared to normal standards I keep my fake nails very short, and sometimes the quality suffers because of that, but not at EP Nails! The technician was great, very professional and friendly. He took great pride in being thorough and making sure every aspect of my visit was up to his standards. I love my new nails and I love my new nail salon!"

"I told the lady I wanted the length of my nails to be the same length of a nail I had repaired a week ago. It was a decent length for me to work with and looked very cute. They shortened that nail and all the others to barley above the tip of my finger. This is the shortest my nails have been in 2 years. The color is cute but the rest is horrible, there’s left over excess nail and dried powder under what is left of my nails and on my fingertips. To top it all off I was told $35 and they charged me $45, this didn’t include a tip. I’m so upset I could cry. I paid and left very unhappy."
