Gloria's Latin Cuisine

"They need a whole need bar staff this is completely unacceptable. As a person who doesn’t like strong drinks, who only orders sweet drinks for a reason. Well today February 27, 2024. I order a swirl with nothing else like I always do. He brings over the drink as I’m eating my chips and salsa. I began to take small sips and I’m snacking . At first I’m like did they get a new drink recipe, because the drink was so strong you couldn’t even taste the sweetness of how it normally tasted. So I waited couple minutes and take small sips again asking myself I know I’m not tripping, so I asked my boyfriend to taste and he always said yes he added something to it. Which is fine. But that’s not what I order. So I got his attention and asked him and he’s like they have always been strong, mind you, I’m the paying customer, so as a customer if I don’t like something the employee should apologize and fix the issue. Well he didn’t! He just stood there stuck on stupid. After that I had an attitude and was ready to go. Because of felt like he should have just made me a drink less strong. Mind you we drove there also. You should never over serve."

"Went with a group of 12 after church and was unable to sit together. Had us separated into 8 and 4. Not great for being able to socialize with friends. Gloria's does not take reservations either. Had a taco dinner, skirt steak fajitas, and the combo fajitas for two. Food was good and portions met the price."

"Gloria's in Prosper is delicious.. My family and I have been dining here since we moved to Prosper. You can never go wrong with the Shrimp fajitas, pupusas, black bean soup, mariscada soup, yuca salvadorena, churros, or chocolate turtle brownie."

"This place has a very welcoming atmosphere. The service is excellent and the food is great. We ordered a large “Sopa de Tortillla” and it was enough for 2 people."
