"I come to salad and go almost everyday and get the same thing. Southwest bowl. Today I decided to stop at a different one. BIG MISTAKE. What is this? This bowl is supposed to have cheese as well. Looks like they just threw something together."
"These are the best fast food salads you will find! All of the ingredients were fresh and ripe. The wrap was grilled, which was a nice touch. For the salad, the dressing pack was on the side, which was nice so it didn’t get soggy. Portion sizes are large and you won’t finish hungry. The woman working was very helpful and kind. You can’t beat the cost- $15 for two entrees, an extra dressing, and a drink. Great spot for a quick meal!"
"Nice concept but needs work on freshness. Red onions were loud and cucumbers not great. Ordered 3 salads one with no meat. They still put chicken on it. Like another reviewer mentioned the dressing pack inside the bowl not the best idea. Leave it in the bag or tape it to top of bowl. Also they need to label the bowls to prevent mix ups. I will say however that the customer service was spot on. I realize they are still working out the kinks for a new spot. They gained an extra star for friendliness."
