"The good: service and atmosphere. The food really depends on your choice. Any meat is excellent, but French fries and fried onions are grassy. There are not too many options for salad. The bad: waiting time. I strongly recommend to join the waitlist online before arriving."

"So..we normally don’t have a problem with the food here. But last night made me never want to go back. Though it was crowded, the wait wasn’t too bad. The waiter was very nice. The food was HORRIBLE! My steak was cold and even though I ordered it medium, it was tough like shoe leather, I tried to eat around it! I finally gave up! My corn was hot the mashed were warm! My daughter in law’s salmon was so salty, she couldn’t eat it. The blooming onion we love so much, certain areas tasted burnt! It was a disappointing night with the food!"

"My girlfriend and I decided to eat here after doing a little shopping. I won’t be back. It’s unorganized. They just parties just standing not knowing if they were next to be seated or not. Once we were finally seated, our waitress just leaned all over the table to take our order. She took forever to bring our drinks and take our order. We ran out of rolls in which the basket was very visible on the table for her to notice for her to see if we’d like more but no she never asked. Once our food arrived, we didn’t have any silverware. I wouldn’t advise on ordering that mac and cheese either. It’s very soupy. The whole time we were eating she never came back and to see if we needed anything. I had to ask a different waitress to refill our drinks. Also it wasn’t even that busy in there for rounds to not be made. This isn’t no way to bash them, just stating my experience for a night outing."

"I am Very disappointed in the food I received at this location. I ordered a NY Strip medium well to-go and received a completely burned and overcooked steak. No taste, no juice, dry and not edible. Medium well should have a slightly pink center, as it states on their website. What I received was burned and dry as could be. For the price I paid, I feel completely ripped off. This steak should never have gone out. With the price of everything nowadays, I feel like I just wasted my money. I drove 15 minutes to get there and 15 minutes back home after a huge move, and was left incredibly disappointed. I was just looking forward to resting and having a good meal after a week long move and I got this (see attached pictures). You would get better tasting food at the Whataburger or chick fil a, or just go Olive Garden next door. That is being honest based on my experience at this location. I have been to this TX Roadhouse since it opened multiple times and it has always been decent, but this visit takes the cake. After the food I received at this visit, I will not be going to this location to spend my hard earned money, and will take my business elsewhere."

"The food is good. Service is as good as it could be, considering it was super packed. It was hard to walk through the entrance because all the people were waiting to get a table. I'm not sure if this is a common thing or this Sunday was a special occasion"
