"we were trying to order two meals and when they told us that the second meal we ordered was out of stock the employee asked me if that would be all… I clearly wanted two meals. If you’re out of stock of one, you should say something like “what would you like instead” not, “would that be all” … I don’t know if it threw me off like how stupid are"
"This place is …meh. Everytime I go the food taste old & disgusting. They definitely fry all their food in the same grease(why does my egg roll smell like a churro)which is a hazard to the customers. EVERY single time me & my lovely bf go we get horrible stomach pains. Will never go back."
"This was my first and last time going to jack in the box. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line with one person ahead of me. When I got my food which was an online order, it was cold, my fries were missing and my shake was melted. Not to mention the burger tasted very very funky and like the meat had gone bad, I didn’t eat it and threw it away. I reached out to customer service days ago and am yet to hear back but I doubt I will."
"Pretty hit or miss for food. But I still always go back! I love vanilla Dr pepper!! Sometimes the service is really good and friendly, other times they are rude and seem "over it". Either way, they still make fresh food."
"This new location is light years beyond the JITB located on 380 @ Crossroads! This crew of professional, courteous, accurate and always provide service with a smile. The food is fresh and hot items are HOT, while cold items are always nice and chilled as they should be. Only once have I received curly fries that weren't piping hot....and that was remedied immediately, without hesitation when I brought it to their attention. If you like you grab a bite late at night or very early in the morning--I can attest that this is ALWAYS a great time to go to this location because they are never backed up and they cook everything FRESH while you wait. The gals that work nights are fantastic!"
