"Went on a whim. Small place with maybe 6 or 7 tables. They had my food out by the time I got my drink and sat down. Super quick. Don't get me wrong, the egg roll and pepper steak were hot crisp and fresh. Could have used a bit more pepper sauce, but overall tasty. Definitely worth a try!"

"Man change the old oil you are cooking with please !! Your food has a strong smell of old oil and food also tastes bad. I understand food cost is high, overheads are high.. but if you cut corners and cook with oil that needs to be disposed- you are doing more damage than good. You will make customers sick! Will not return."

"Now THIS is a beautiful and tastey Cashew Chicken dish! I order lunch dishes from here and they never disappoint. I also am able to get 2 meals out of it. I haven't tried any of the other Rice Pots in the area but the Prosper one gets my 2 thumbs up!"

"The owner and his wife are extremely rude. I watched the owner and his wife not only ignore customers to be on their phone but cause someone to walk out of the store. While I was eating here I saw 3 delivery drivers come in. The owners ignored them and then finally when they got off their phone to sigh and talk down to the delivery driver who is helping their business make money. For the average tasting food I will not be coming back due to how they treat people. I do not see this place staying in business much longer with this approach. Treat your customers better and the delivery drivers that help your business. Rolling eyes talking down and ignoring people is not the way to grow a business."

"Today I came into Rice pot to place my order. I first call about 10 mins out from the restaurant the lady picked up and said “Hi, you are calling in for prosper.” I said “Yes, I’m calling to do pickup order.” She then responded and said “Are you sure you in the right area.” She was talking fast and rudely and pursed to hang up the phone in my face. Immediately before she hung up she said “That’s what I thought.” At this point I sensed an attitude so, I continued to drive and arrived at the restaurant. I walked in and there was a guy standing at the cash register greeting me to take my order. I said “Hi, how are you? I called a few minutes ago and a lady answered the phone rudely and hung up the phone in my face.” As i was talking the lady was bending down so I repeated myself and her response was “I couldn’t hear you.” And she proceeds to walk off. The professionalism here is terrible and management need to run a professionalism class for this restaurant because I was not treated as fair. Then, I revived my food the shrimp is fresh and cooked, the rice is half way cooked, and the peas taste like they were cooked from the freezer. Please do better on your food. Continue to have a good day and I hope this restaurant do better."
