"2 Stars is based on communication. This company was a referral and I called twice and was told they would get me on the schedule. I never heard back. Unfortunately, these companies don’t realize we understand being busy, what we don’t tolerate or understand is just blowing us off."

"I have used this company for a while for the chimney with excellent service but used their services for the dryer vent cleaning for the first time. They were flexible in adding on this service to the chimney service with only 1 week notice. Jamin was great and went to the extra effort of securing the dryer vent for safety sake. A good thing they came through as there was a chipmunk stash of acorns obstructing the vent. I would highly recommend this company."

"If I could give them 0 starts, I would. Quite honestly the worst company/customer service I have ever dealt with. My husband and I were trying to purchase a wood burning stove for our home and after at least 20 phone calls and 2 in person visits to the store, they were still somehow incapable of placing our order and both of the guys we worked with (Josh and Adam) kept telling us they had to talk to the other in order to place it. Even after making a special trip back to write them a check, they basically refused to place the order but still cashed our check. No one ever answers the phone there and when they do they act like they know absolutely nothing. This was almost a month long process that was a complete waste of our time. When I called to tell them to cancel our order/quote, they had the audacity to hang up on me! Worst service ever and I would not recommend them to anyone!"

"We recently had a gas fireplace put in from Advanced Chimney Systems and we LOVE it! Brad, the owner, and his salesman, Jordan, are all very professional and helped us get the unit that was best for our house. We live along the river and have a crawlspace, so it was a huge challenge converting the wood burning fireplace to gas, but Rex and Andre' worked hard all day, were very pleasant and made sure we were happy with it. Job well done! It's nice to have a local company we can rely on. We will be recommending them to our family and friends!"
