"Purchased 6 doors online with delivery. Waited 5 weeks for delivery. Only received 5 doors. Called them and they were only able to deliver the door after 4 weeks. Received the door. Open it up and it is cracked by the hinges. Called the store and online customer service asking for a refund or some compensation. It has been two weeks of empty promises from the store and the online customer service literally transfered me to the store while I was speaking to them. I am shocked by the terrible customer service. I'll be working with Menards and Home Depot from here on out."

"Since the first review seemed to vanish I will update today. Tried this location again after waiting at the paint desk last time with associates just walking by. I was not the only one waiting. Today I walked the store browsing and seeing if anything changed and not one associate said one word or looked like they wanted to speak except amongst each other about schedules. Even the several I was just a few feet away from just pretending no one was there. Sad that everyone working looked like they were on work release. Guess I will start shopping across the street."

"Do not . Buy a washer or dryer from Lowes . Please do not . We got our new pet pro system today delivered. What they don't tell you they don't sell hoses long enough. My mom bought a washer there a year ago. It still isn't right , or leveled . They told her they would come back out , never did. She called several times. Another thing they don't tell you. They contract people out to deliver. They don't even work for Lowes. . We just went in there . They told us there's nothing they can do. Have to call the warehouse in Chicago. They took our old washer. So here I am. Brand new washer I can't use. Please don't buy from them. I knew we should of gotten it from Best buy. Worst customer service ever."

"The sales reps in the flooring department were phenomenal and knowledgeable. Alex and Fran helped with every question and never once made us feel rushed or like we were bothering them. They were 5 star reps! The flooring installers were great and efficient. The floor looks seamless and perfect. The only complaint I have is the caulk job in the bathroom seemed rushed. But still would give them a 10 out of 10!"
