"I met Dr. Rolon by accident during my first pregnancy, I chose him for my 2nd pregnancy and it was the best decision. He actually takes the time to explain everything, my health has never been the best and seeing him actually care, taking the necessary precautions and explaining every next move made me comfortable and grateful for such a great Dr."
"Dr. Rolon has always been extremely caring and fully committed to taking care of my needs. He explains everything in full detail and is family oriented. He delivered 3 of my babies and I am truly grateful for having him as my Doctor. We had a couple of complications with the last pregnancy but Dr. Rolon was very caring and kept me and my husband fully aware of what to expect and that he would do everything possible to make sure that me and my baby were ok. I highly recommend him to any expectant mothers. Truly an awesome Doctor as well as an extremely caring person."
"Explains everything with detail. Gives you options and if there’s no other way he’ll tell you why. Makes me feel so comfortable."
"From the front desk, to the doctor. Each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. Dr. Rolon is amazing including his staff!!!"
"A REAL HORROR STORY I NEVER IMAGINED I WOULD BE A PART OF. I hope to reach the most women and families possible with my testimony. Doctor Rolon violated my patient rights by not reading them to me, by having a nurse having me sign papers while giving me a sedation IV at the same time, all to wake up to find out that he had removed organs from my body without consent, organs that we both specifically talked about in previous consultations that he was going to spare, not only because there was nothing wrong with them according to all the lab work, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, we both discussed what the problem was and what the least invasive solution was. All for him to change the plan right outside the operating room, and hiding his face and sending someone else to have me sign, all to cash in. I did managed to stay awake for a few seconds when he walked in, and in front of my husband and the anesthesiologist and the nurse, I told him "doctor, remember is just the uterus that you will remove", he said in a dismissive manner as if mocking me "yes, just the uterus, just the uterus". Right then I felt this gut feeling I should not trust him, but it was too late, the next second the sedative fully kicked in and I was out. I WOKE UP SWEATING, DISTRESSED, WITH MY BODY TRYING TO ADJUST TO A MAJOR TRAUMA. He did the surgery on a Saturday. The next morning, I am still sweating, bleeding, why am I bleeding so much if only my uterus was removed? Juan Rolon arrives, he sits on the chair in front of my bed. He said everything went great with his plan, then I asked "Doctor, what will cover the opening of my cervix if there is no more uterus?" and then he says it "oh, you don't have a cervix" Then I go into shock, he kept talking of how he went in my body and removed organs left to right, all to cash in. The reason why my body was under so much trauma and stress was because, the surgery went from a quick less than an hour surgery to many hours under anesthesia, he permanently changed my life. I went into shock, I started crying uncontrollably, I could hear voices around me but could not understand them, I could see figures in the room but they were blurry, almost as if I was out of my body, to be able to bear what I had just learned happed to me. It must of been very traumatic that I still can't remember exactly how long, minutes, hours, for my brain to allow me to know the extent of the violation they have done against my body. After reasoning, remembering my human and patient rights, I asked to speak with a manager in charge. They sent the charge nurse, an oncology nurse. I explained to her what happened to me, and she said, "Well, you signed giving the doctor permission to remove everything" WHAT? DID SHE NOT HEAR THAT THE NURSE WAS SEDATING ME AT THE SAME TIME PRESENTING PAPERS ASKING FOR SIGNATRES OUTSIDE THE OPERATING ROOM? THAT THE DOCTOR CHANGED THE PLAN FROM MINIMALLY INVASIVE TO FREELY REMOVE JUST ANY ORGAN?" How is an "oncology" nurse not have compassion or tactic? is that how she gives her patients the news they have cancer? I asked her to just leave. I proceeded to be discharged from the hospital. I contacted different attorneys in Texas, and their answer was that doctors are protected by big corporations who do not have the best interest for the patients. I will post the picture of the letter, later today. When I left the hospital, crying, depressed, distresses, they didn't even explained to me what to expect. They only gave me a paper saying "If you bleed, go to the nearest hospital" Two weeks later, I wake up hemorrhaging, where is the blood coming from? I panicked, maybe my other organs were coming out since I didn't have the organs that support the pelvic floor? The blood wouldn't stop, I thought that was going to be how I died. I screamed and my husband came running, he picks me up, puts me in the car and we go to the nearest hospital. MRI's Ct scans, and there goes thousands of dollars for the system. The distress, the trauma, the violation, that is all that greedy Juan Rolon and his office left to me."
