"I've had swimming pools for longer than I'd like to admit and now my grandkids get the most fun from swimming. Something that's a never ending chore is maintaining the proper water balance. From my experience Ryan and the other staff have been helpful with maintaining my pool in a friendly and professional manner. They haven't tried to sell me products I don't need and provide good customer service."

"This was our first experience with this store, and it will be the last. We just had our first pool put in. We have no idea what any of the numbers or chemicals mean. The older guy behind the counter couldn't be bothered to explain anything. The poor kid that was trying to help was new and didn't know how. The kid was nice enough but the older guy either hates his job or his life, not sure which. Took a second sample down the street to another pool store and they were fantastic. I've heard the Georgetown store is better if you want people on the give a damn plan, but I'm not driving all the way out there for water testing every month."
