"Really beginning to hate shopping at this store. My past couple visits they've teated me like a criminal. First giving me a hard time with a holiday return then today an employee stopped me saying I set off the alarm. I came back in so they could check my bag but the lady would not let it go. It was only when another employee stepped in and told her it was probably the person in front of me that set off the alarm otherwise I would have tripped it coming back in the store. Seriously Nordstrom, what is up with the employees here? Maybe train them properly and dont hire such terrible people?"

"The experience with this location was not a good one as an asset agent of the store decided to profile me and follow us around as if I didn’t know what he was doing (Indian type fellow at that) As a military family that was shopping like everyone else, it’s hard to have peace when you are targeted and followed by a few low IQ individuals on the staff. Next time this happens, I will pursue a civil lawsuit. Do better,. Follow me and I will follow you."

"I bought shoes for my 22 months old son. As he obviously can't tell us if they fit right, we had to wait a few days until we noticed that they didn't fit him properlyn (he wore them only at home) and decided to return them. The clerk refused to take them back. Absolutely not ok. I spent a lot of money with them over the past years but that was it. There are better options out there with better customer service."

"Great deals. I hadn’t been there in years, took my almost 15 year old who was looking for something specific but ended up with $300 worth of clothes and winter clothes. Went home and found we could order the Ugg slippers that were sold out in her size all over the greater Austin area and they were there for pickup the following day! Awesome!!"

"This Nordstrom Rack location always has a great selection of quality clothes, accessories and home goods. The store is clean with convenient hours and location in a popular shopping center. However the staff is what makes this my favorite location to shop, they are always so kind and helpful!"
